New Beginnings: Introducing the New and Improved Waku
“Seasons change, and so do we”
- Nikki Che
Did you realize? Spring has arrived! This new season is filled with vibrant colors, textures, scents, and life. The earth starts blooming and the weather gets warmer. All of this has an effect on us as humans, and once we begin to notice this, it's the perfect time to start something new!
That is why we have chosen this season as the perfect one to launch and announce our biggest formulation improvement ever. The same blend of powerful botanicals you know and love, but that now comes with 6g of prebiotic fiber and 0g of sugar! These are the most flavorful products we’ve made, it is deliciously refreshing and maximized for gut-health.
Flavors that Shine and The Purest Ingredients
Healthy should taste great! Because in Waku we are well aware of that, we’ve added natural Monk Fruit as sweetener to boost the flavor of Waku natural fruits, while reducing the amount of sugar to 0g.
And because real ingredients will always taste better, in Waku, we are committed to keep using the freshest ingredients, grown on small farms with respect for the land, in service to our mission of improving lives back home in Ecuador.
Maximized for Gut Health
Steeped in goodness and brewed to perfection, our prebiotic teas draw on centuries of Ecuadorian knowledge and biodiversity to create a deliciously refreshing brew that does wonders for your digestion and has anti-inflammatory benefits. We’ve added 6g of prebiotic fiber from chicory root that will provide you with 25% of daily fiber intake in one bottle!
Even though we loved our previous image and flavors, we know that we can always get better. After listening to hundreds of customers’ feedback, we’ve been working really hard for the past 6 months to perfect our recipe and make a product that we’re sure you will love.
We kept the great things of our previous formulation: the powerful botanical blend and the all natural ingredients, but we reduced the added sugar to 0g, as a lot of our customers prefer Waku that way. But we know that having flavors that are completely unsweetened may not be appealing for everyone, that is why, we decided to use natural monk fruit as a non-caloric sweetener, so we can still enjoy flavor beverages without adding empty calories to the mix.
We can’t wait for you to enjoy our new recipes and experience what we like to call: Sunrise on the Inside.
