What are your shipping options?

We ship with UPS and Fedex, which often complete delivery via USPS. In some cases our fulfillment partner might pick a different carrier if they delivery time can be shortened.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping! Actually all our customers can pick between one delivery, two day delivery, and standard.

Where do you ship?

Right now we only ship to the US (Hawaii and Alaska might be a little more expensive), but stay tuned as we continue to expand! If you’d like to be notified when we’ll ship to your country, email us at hi@livewaku.com.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place your order, it’ll process within 1 business day. From there we’ll ship it out and send you your tracking number once it’s out the door. Give your tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then wait patiently for your iced tea game to completely change!

How do I track my package?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on it’s journey to you.

While it's on our radar, we're not currently able to support customized cases. This is definitely something we want to bring to life soon though, so stay tuned.

How do I update Subscription billing information?

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if something has changed for the card holder's place of residence or the email address on file.
