This tropical fruit is a bomb of flavor and deliciousness, it has been carefully selected and perfectly blended to make our Prebiotic Herbal tea with as much flavor as health benefits.
This incredible fruit is actually native to southern Brazil through Paraguay and northern Argentina, but today it is grown commercially in tropical America and the Caribbean. Within the United States, it is grown in Florida and California. Passion fruit health benefits include providing essential nutrients to the body, supporting the body's immune system, may help to fight cancer, support digestion, treat gastrointestinal disorder and reduce bad cholesterol. Other benefits include improving blood circulation, supporting bone health, treating respiratory conditions, curing insomnia and acting as a natural mood enhancer.
So, without further ado, here is how to prepare your own (healthy and delicious) Passion Fruit Margarita! Take a look!
You will need:
- - 1 bottle of Passion Fruit Waku
- - Pulp from ½ passion fruit
- - 1 ½ oz tequila 45ml would suggest reposado or mezcal
- - ¾ oz triple sec 23ml
- - ¾ oz fresh lime juice 23ml
- - 1 tablespoon simple syrup or orange-infused syrup, if you have it
How to prepare:
Scoop the pulp from the passion fruit. Put it in a shaker with the rest of the ingredients and one or two cubes of ice and shake well. Make sure to pour the Passion fruit Waku last, because its serving quantity will depend on the size of the margarita (or other) glass you are going to pour everything in. Strain into a glass, either as it is or with more ice. If you like, top with a few of the seeds that are relatively separated from the passion fruit and there you have it!
It really doesn't take much to make, just gather up all of the ingredients and have fun with your family and friends preparing this amazing cocktail that will certainly make you all feel like you are on a warm tropical island.
