Here at Waku, we know how important it is for the kids to eat healthy snacks to help with their growth and overall health. We also know jello is a very popular dessert to prepare when the weather's hot because it is both easy and delicious. Taking those two things into consideration, we have prepared a recipe with our newest flavor: Blueberry. This is an easy to prepare, yet very refreshing and tasty plate that can be served as a dessert, snack or both! Check it out!
You will need:
(For a small bowl of jello - yields four small portions)
- - ⅓ cup of unflavored gelatin
- - ¾ cup of hot boiled water
- - 1 cup of Blueberry Waku
- - ⅓ cup of fresh blueberries
How to prepare:
Once you've gathered all the ingredients, this recipe is extremely easy to prepare. First, por ⅓ cup of unflavored gelatin into your chosen bowl. Then, add ¾ cup of hot boiled water and 1 cup of cold Blueberry Waku and mix well. To finish, add ⅓ cup of fresh blueberries, stir and put in the refrigerator. Once the mix has jello consistency, take it out, serve it and enjoy! Feel free to add more fresh fruit to serve in order to add more flavor and sweetness (depending on what you like best).
